You get to experience what it's like to see two well-known ad agency competing against each other to win a client. This documentary walks you through how account executives come up with their creative ideas and teaches people that not all ideas are great but after hard work any idea can be the "right" one for their client. This has some suspense into it and keeps you guessing on which agency will win the account because both agencies are able to think outside the box but still be able to portray the client's brand in their ad. This film is a great idea to help people not in this field to understand what it's like working in this industry.
I am a few episodes in and sickened by the portrayal of the agencies. Very few women are highlighted. So far, the agencies that use more women and have a balance, are winning the accounts. Has anyone considered this? Unbelievable in the year 2019 that we still feature shows, businesses and agencies as all men led. Shame on us to think we have come a long way and we feature shows like this from the 50's. Hopefully as I watch more, I will see more women led businesses. If not, this entire concept is a major step back in time.
