When in doubt, do a celeb version of a quiz/talent competition. That seems to be the way TV companies fill schedules these days.
So that means that we get this Sport Relief version of 'Bake Off'. It follows the same format but offers us a different host each time. Just to liven things up a bit.
Paul and Mary are even along for the ride too, isn't that nice.
The problem is that the show falls into the trap of having a person each week who clearly can't bake to save themselves and then surprise surprise, don't win. You also have people on there like Ade Edmondson (former celeb Masterchef winner no less) who amazingly can bake. For a show that normally prides itself on not having any novelty acts this doesn't really go down with me.
It's for a good cause, but this really is a tie in too far for me.
