Foreign-born "Green Card" soldiers have been serving in the U.S. military since the Vietnam War, but this is the first feature film to explore the subject.
Based in part on the life of Mexican soldier Daniel Torres, who also served as the technical advisor. He was present at the film's premiere in Berlin.
Won the 'Grand Prix "Aleksandar Sasa Petrovic" for Best Film' at the 22nd Belgrade Auteur Film Festival in 2016.
