The "Empowered" support group meets again at their weekly rec center gathering for some mental health encouragement. Max, the group's facilitator, asks the group to identify as a "superhero" or "supervillain", which causes conflicting assumptions.
After last week's Threader interview, the rest of the group gets their time in front of the camera to get personal about their powers and their hangups. Meanwhile, the villain Gourd Overlord launches a campaign to create the Amway of villainy.
When The Threader and Timeborg have a tiff during a group session, The Threader's "teat skeet" gets splashed around and Sploojy takes a trip outside. In the after-credits-scene, we hear a cautionary tale about the powers-sharing app: Suber.
A new member joins the group: The Sponge. His presence causes mixed feelings in the group - his famously tragic exit from his previous group, Scorpion 6, has left him with reputation issues and a target of the watchmen group called "The Sentries".
