Originally written in 2003, bluetooth technology had not caught on in Singapore. The writer wrote the technology in as a possibility that all common mobile phones will be equipped with bluetooth. Shortly after the film's completion, bluetooth technology became popular and common in the country. Though its common usage is not related to the film, the filmmakers never thought their research would come true this fast.
