"Premature" is a Comedy movie in which we follow Rob, a high school senior who relives the worst day of his life repeatedly, trying to figure out how to fix his embarrassing mistakes and make the perfect impression on the girl of his dreams.
I wasn't fascinated by this movie mainly because it looked like a bad combination of "Groundhog Day" and "American Pie". Despite its potential for a fun and unique movie on the time-loop concept, the execution leaves much to be desired. The interpretations of the cast were adequate, especially John Karna's who played as Rob Crabbe and he tried to do his best in order to bring some charm to Rob's often frustrating character but failed. However, the humor, while occasionally amusing, relied heavily on some repetitive gags that made it boring in some moments and lost their appeal. All in all, I have to say that "Premature" had a few enjoyable moments and an interesting concept but in the end failed in the execution so, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because it's just another average watchable comedy.
