Set in the 12th century, the story follows Saladin, who aids Ascalan against Crusaders, defying his state. Amidst war, a romance with enemy's daughter Süreyya adds to the turmoil.
Turansah's wrong decision changed the course of the war and brought Sehinsah to the brink of death. While the events in Asqalan caused chaos in the Zengi State, the security of the Pilgrimage Route was also endangered.
