Germany from above is really beautiful. But why did they show only a few parts? Why he had to fly 20 Minutes through the alps and 20 minutes at the coast and forget about nearly all the rest? These parts who weren't shown are much, much bigger than these you can see in the movie. Most of the important cities aren't shown a second, most of the rivers neither. Two minutes about the Rhine, none about Mosel. Only one small part of industries and not even a relevant part could be seen in this movie. Nearly nothing about Bayerischer Wald, Hunsrück, Westerwald, Eifel, Taunus, Harz, Teutoburger Wald or Schwarzwald.
If you want to see something which is representative for Germany, don't watch this movie. These guys couldn't decide to make a nature movie about birds and other animals or a movie about Germany from above. They show a glider pilot doing tricks for nearly five minutes, why? They show some very old military planes, why? Five Minutes of the Oktoberfest in Munich? Five minutes of a Capricorn in the alps?
But the most awful things were theses dumb comments, who nobody wants to hear. Like that's getting warm in summer and the people go out again. Really embarrassing.
