This movie reminded me of something Adam Sandler would make just because of the whimsical characters. They're all silly and fun. My favorite scene stealer for sure was Jenkins and the fight scene had me truly laughing out loud. Watched as a Shadowhunters and watch Katherine McNamara with her Sookie from True a blood accent was fantastic. Karen truly fit her name but the actress playing her was so good at being awful. I rented this on Apple TV but am going to purchase for sure. It was a fun wholesome movie with many laugh out loud characters and moments. The fight scene was an absolute highlight.
A must-see comedy about a group of single dads supporting one another in dance.
"Depression can't hit a dancing target" has got to be one of my favorite lines in this movie, but to be honest, there are more.
I think I may ask my single dad friends to join their squad or start up their own 😂 😉
Gabrielle Ruiz as Karen did everything to live up to her character name. It was so cool to see Matthew Daddario, Charlie Barnett and Katherine McNamara in a comedy. I hope this is just the first of several with Brock and Bonner.
Jared Bonner and Brock Harris wrote, produced and directed this film and I really hope this becomes a series. This could be the next Office on TV.
Brock and Bonner are geniuses. If you want a good laugh and maybe a little therapy, this movie will not disappoint.
