On what seemed to be a normal day, Chelo, unexpectedly witnesses a murder. In the midst of the chase by the perpetrators, the cops mistake him as the killer. He will be forced to fight for his life.

The Witness (El Testigo) takes place in what appeared to be an ordinary day, when Chelo is in the city and witnesses the commission of a crime. Pursued by the perpetrators of the murder and the police, he is forced to fight for his life using his martial arts skills to prevent the death of his girlfriend.—Raymond Pagan
