‘Naaginn’ actress Khushi Dubey, who is currently seen playing the role of Chikki in the third season of the web show ‘Aashiqana’, shared her experience of performing a dance sequence without any rehearsals with her co-actor Zayn Ibad Khan, who is playing Yash.

The actress, who is getting a chance to do stunts in the show, also had fun while shooting for a dance sequence and how she finished it in one take.

Khushi Dubey has been part of a number of popular TV shows such as ‘Naaginn’, ‘Kaisa Yeh Pyar Hai’, ‘Baa Bahoo Aur Baby’, ‘Kasamh Se’, ‘Rakhi, Atoot Rishtey Ki Dor’, among others.

She said: “I remember when Yash and Chikki had a dance sequence and it was completely impromptu. We had not rehearsed the song and we finished it in one take. I remember, while dancing we were discussing what to do and I’m glad that audiences enjoyed our chemistry.

Mumbai, April 18 (Ians) Actress Khushi Dubey, who essays the role of Chikki in the streaming series ‘Aashiqana 3’, was detected with food poisoning recently but she continued to shoot for her part in order to meet the deadlines.

Talking about her experience, Khushi said, “I was down with food poisoning and I wasn’t well. I was feeling dehydrated, uneasy and pukish the entire day. I couldn’t eat anything and spent the entire day without food. Amid all this, I had to shoot for a challenging sequence where Chikki goes out of the mental asylum.”

Khushi revealed that a doctor visited her on the sets of the show and gave her certain medicines so that she could work.

“I had to scream, shout and showcase all the pain, angst and madness through my body language. In fact, the doctor came on the sets and gave me medicines so I could continue shooting this taxing sequence.

Zayn Ibad Khan, who plays Yash in the streaming show ‘Aashiqana’, opened up about filming intimate scenes for the show. He shared that there’s a thin line between intimacy and vulgarity and an actor should always be mindful of how the scene is turning out on the screen because the camera notices everything.

The actor said: “First of all, you know, there’s a very thin line in being intimate and just being vulgar, right. It’s just up to you, how you convey or portray it. We’ve seen romantic scenes before, in everything, it is a very sensitive topic to shoot. We need proper coordination like camera man, director, Dop, and Khushi, she is a sport.”
