This special takes place between the fourteenth and fifteenth seasons. However, it was released after the fifteenth season for unknown reasons.
The working title of this special was "Charge of the Steam Brigade"
Splatter, Dodge and Dennis were originally intended to return in this special, however they were later cut and replaced by three new characters - Paxton, Norman and Sidney.
