An Italian paradise, cute sassy kids, decent dubbing , snake sets and situations. Yes it's a teen series , but aren't those the best guilty pleasures!

Came because of the trailer, staying for the picturesque locales. The island setting is *chefs kiss*
The story is told from the teenager's POV, alternating between each episode. First episode is a supersized hour-long episode but it becomes 20-something minutes long after that. First episode did felt long but the next few episodes are a breeze.
Everything from the writing, acting etc is decent. Even the adult roles are well cast, even though they appear for only 2 minutes max per episode (with the exception of the janitor).
The story is predictable since it's for younger teens but they did throw something random every now and then to give a jolt when it needs it.
The show's apparent weakness is the lack of Pietro, since he's the most prominent in the trailer. He opens the first episode but by mid-season he's almost a background wallpaper. And this is very clear at the start of the penultimate episode. The side characters do get enough screen time but Pietro, supposedly the other main character beside Livia, didn't. Which is a shame since he reminds me of a young Tom Cruise.
Much much better than other teen shows, for example: Netflix's own Rebelde which I got recommended as soon as I finished this show. And if you want to watch bad teen acting the recent Resident Evil have plenty of that. And Pretty Little Liars reboot just being released, plenty of bad choices to be made.....H8Rs.*looks around*
Oh and this show got haters because it's PC (and wholesome).

People watching have to remember it's a kids show aimed at this age group! I'd say for a kids tv show it's better than most I've been subjected to, even I've enjoyed it! Yes it's dubbed and i'd have preferred it in Italian but most kids would struggle to read subtitles quickly enough when they'd want to enjoy the action so this is the best option, you have to make allowances for that. I have 3 pre teen kids in my house and they've all been glued to the screen they are loving it (have both boys and a girl) so I'd say it's a hit especially since the boys rarely watch any tv dramas and daughter watches loads, it's nice they can all enjoy it. Being set on an Italian island they love too as it's shows a different part of the world even though they can identify with the characters as a lot of the topics touched on they have an awareness of too. Hope there's another series!
I Really Really enjoyed..... This kind of shows we are expecting to watch it's a feel good series... All of them acted well you wanted to watch with you family and friends definitely this would be recommended for you......

I started this show when I was sick at home due to an injury and watched all 15 within a day.....
It's a story about early teens getting 2 bond as a group together.... They have ups and downs, some imatury behavior, wich is story wise a hindrens but age wise exactly how a pre-teen would behave....
I love how the class overcomes their differences in the end when they need to stock 2gether in order 2 get done what they stand for...
Altough not the best story told it left me waiting for how the story will continue.... So I would welcome a Season 2..
The refreshing part for me is that this series does not have an actueel lead Actor or Actress... Every episode is told from the Point of View from one of the other kids making it their story and therefor giving the whole cast a place 2 Shine...

Really really bad acting, (the adults were even worse than the kids), shallow and unrealistic plots and dialogues. Cringe. The show is trying to be like "compagni di scuola" but it's nowhere near it!!
Who ever is from America doesn't know. In mediterranean countries thingss like these happens. Like the revolution in school. It is a little bit cringe, but thats how it is in middle school. It is perfectly normal. Kids nowdays are behaving like this. Series is very good, yeah maybe it could have a little better acting from everyone but overall it is really enjoyable.
When is Elite, we say it is too much, when is Heartstopper we say it is unrealistic. Now here, we can't say anything it is really realistic.

I must say I came into this expecting ''Merli'' but it is such a train wreck.. from bullying to misogyny to disrespecting girls for no reason. I felt it normalized a lot of stuff that shouldn't be... they had the right tools but they didn't use it.
The one redeeming story is that of daniele and mirko.. I literally just skipped to their parts.

Despite watching DI4RIES in a language that I don't know, I sincerely relished this show with full of comedic twists, plot twists and more! Perhaps, this is one of the best Non-English language show I have ever watched. This show is rated for 13+ which is most appropriate maturity rating. Their culture in school and life seems to be fascinating. This show is also about how to deal with things and problems at school, trying to fix something that is circumstantial for them and school. This show is kind of inspiring to viewers of DI4RIES, this show represents what problems we had to deal with it.

This show is the most underrated show ever on Netflix I love it so much love the actors love there acting I hope they make a season 3 or I will literally cry my self to sleep but I love the show so much and I hope they make solo many seasons. I love it so much the storyline is French kiss and the characters are just amazing love the lgbt+ is in the show but I love this show so much. It deserves better again love the acting love how we got to see stuff that kids now these day are going through like for example trying to figure yourself out and trying to deal with bullies or people putting bad Influential on you.

Why are so many weird things normalised? What...
I felt really uncomfortable during episodes 1-4 from the start to the end. The acting is baaad and the plot is full of clichés, boring boring boring.

I went into this show with an open mind and somewhat good expectations but it left me very disappointed and it made me feel like i wasted my time.
The acting itself can be excused simply because of the actors minor ages but the writing cannot be excused. I don't know how netflix even allowed such mediocre and boring writing given their reputation which is already at stake. It was at many times lacklustre and i honestly struggled to keep a grip on the plot (which was all over the place). The concept was what drew me to watch this show but they definitely didn't do it any service. At many times the issues or conflict brought up was either: a) dealt with too fast or b) left unresolved, which was rather frustrating. Given the number of episodes and run time, they could have included so much more interesting events which could have improved the plot but chose to take the wasteful route and spend it all on boring trivialities.
The unresolved issues and conflict was simply irritating and will leave you annoyed and if this series does get renewed (let's hope not) they really need to up their game or find better writers.

The show should not be on netflix but on the CW because of how bad this show is. Why even make a show called DI4ri. This show sucks . It should be on the CW.
