The opening segment "Nurse Meow and the Hunt for Sexy Bigfoot" from director John W. T. (Unknown Serial Killer, DeathFace) and writer Sam Kurd (SeaView, Geek Love) sets the tone. A group of idiots venture into the woods with an obvious toy rifle looking for a sexy Bigfoot. Amidst a load of piss, poo and fart jokes they find Nurse Meow, a rapist gets his dick bit off, someone else gets beaten to death with a sex toy and a woman wearing gorilla gloves shows up and kills one of the hunters before hooking up with our heroine. All in less than ten minutes. From what I gather several other characters are also from that film or other shorts by this film's directors. Since this is my first encounter with them, I may have missed some of the humour that those familiar with them might get.

Saw this yesterday at Dead Northern at the City Screen Picture House in York, UK.

What can I say about this film? It's nutty, has lots of milk, nipples, ass, dildos, blood and disturbing sections. This equals a disturbing combination which is Calling Nurse Meow which even that it isn't Troma it has such a classic old school Troma feel to it.

Stand out shorts in the film is Booty Cannon & The Nine Tails Excalipurr The Hideout Dreamies Alley Cat Of The SS

Those have to be my favourite 5 shorts from this mega anthology.

Stand out performances from Kitty Kiss, Ian Sen, Alexxa Vice, Damien S Fear and Harmony Filth.

One critique is it needs the audio in the "Elvira" style bits introducing each film TURNED WAY UP.

Well I don't know what the issue was with the film but after nearly an hour of the filmmaker and cinema trying to get the audio working they restarted the film. The film is a throwback to the video nasty days and a welcomed addition to the legendary name Vipco and a good omen of what Vipco are to do. Kitty Kiss who plays the title character is fun, sexy and unforgettable. All the shorts which make up this fantastic enjoyable film. The segments inbetween the short need the volume turned up but I don't know if that is due to the issues mentioned at the start. Would like to see what Joe Cash and Kitty Kiss can do if they have a bit more of a budget but this is great cheap filmmaking with the cinema viewers laughing and cheering throughout the film.
