Mumbai, April 15 (Ians) Fitness freak and actor Arjit Taneja, on Monday shared a glimpse of his chiseled body and six-pack abs, giving major fitness goals to his fans.

Taking to Instagram stories, Arjit, who enjoys 1.9 million followers, shared a mirror selfie wearing black shorts.

The snap shows Arjit flaunting his toned biceps and abs. The photo, however, has no caption.

On the work front, Arjit was the first runner-up of the ‘Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 13’.

The 31-year-old actor, who made his TV debut with reality show ‘Splitsvilla 6’, has featured in shows like ‘Kumkum Bhagya’, ‘Naagin’, and ‘Banni Chow Home Delivery’.

He is currently starring in the show ‘Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye’, alongside Sriti Jha. Arjit plays the character of Virat in the show.

Mumbai, Jan 26 (Ians) Actor Arjit Taneja, who is a fitness enthusiast, shared a glimpse of his chiseled physique, revealing that he is currently tripping on the song ‘Ishq Nachaawe’ by Rashmeet Kaur.

The song, which is sung by Rashmeet and Yashraj is from the recently released coming of age drama ‘Kho Gaye Hum Kahan’, starring Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday, and Adarsh Gourav in the lead.

On Friday, the ‘Kaleerein’ fame actor shared monochrome photos of himself, flaunting his toned body.

Riya said: “Every actor goes through a ‘non-working’ phase which is in-between projects and it’s a period of anxiety. I went through this time when my show ‘Pinjara Khubsurti Ka’ wrapped up. I had no work to do at that time, and for an actor, who works for 11-12 hours a day, it’s difficult to pass through this phase.”
