Set on the holiest of high holidays (Yom Kippur) Yosef Yisrael rushes back to his Crown Heights home, covered in blood and hiding a tragic secret. Forced to spend the evening dining with a neighboring family in an attempt to prove to his father, his family, and their friends that he is a faithful and suitable man, Yosef tries to forget. But,soon enough, Yosef realizes that in order to absolve himself of this tragic crime, he must confront much more than his haunting guilt.
