YOUR RATING
Shahriar El Kosht in Fahrenheit 212 (2011)
In a near future, water resources are fought over by huge multinationals and water as a 'public trust' doesn't exists anymore. The general population is maintained in a constant state of fear; fear of sickness, fear of epidemic if they were to use 'natural water'-meaning not provided by those corporations. A black market quickly established itself as the only way for many to survive, and a life in the shadow of the system exists. But it is a hard way of living and it's only a matter of time before the militias of the United Water Systems discover the double life of some people, fighting for free access to drinking water.

    • Trivia
The intro sequence was shot in an old abandoned warehouse during cold weather. Unfortunately, 2 days of footage were lost due to the camera malfunctioning under cold temperature. The production had to re-shoot the sequence a couple of weeks after the first try, this time with a generator and heaters.
