Started off really well but got disconnected from episode 3 onwards
I was very impressed with the firs 2 episodes of this series. The acting is good and natural, story is funny, suspenseful, fresh and mysterious. It got me hooked and I was overjoyed to be watching it. Then somewhere in episode 3, things fell slightly apart. The mystery does not build up to be a page turner but rather it became repetitive and slightly annoying. The female cast gave confusing signals, at times bold and spunky and then suddenly scared and indecisive. The conversation amongst the tenants seems endless and sometimes unnecessary. I decided to keep watching episode 4 and found myself fast forwarding too often. A good mystery is supposed to excite and keep one's interest but I'm getting bored and indifferent. I may not continue this series.

I loved this Turkish series and I am disappointed it is over too soon.
I really did love this series from the very beginning, it was unique and unlike any other Turkish series I have seen. The most unique thing about it was the fact that it was a mystery! Not only was there one mystery...but several mysteries inside of the mystery. In addition there was great comedy and quirky characters. This was the show that I was most excited about for the fall 2022 season, the one I was looking the most forward to each week, and the one I was curious about how the Turkish audience in Turkey was perceiving it. (I guess I got my answer since it was canceled after just six episodes, to my disappointment!)
The story is about Monolya "Mona", who is a beautiful young investigative reporter. She grew up in an orphanage because when she was young she found the dead body of her mother and told the police who had done it, her father. While in the orphanage, she befriends a fellow orphan named Layla. We see Layla as an undercover cop, but when they were young she was a bit of a delinquent-skilled at things such as pickpocketing. Mona in her youth was very fond of Agatha Christie and has honed her skills into being a good investigator, which comes in handy when she ends up living in a building of very suspicious characters with her fellow journalist Yakup. Yakup has returned to Istanbul from abroad and living in his grandfather's apartment, in his grandfather's building which is how he has a place for Mona to stay when she is thrown out of her apartment. Yakup and Mona meet because they are both on the case of an arsonist who is setting fires around the city. Mona quickly discovers that things are going on in the building...maybe even murder!
This was so wonderful, there was a hate to love romance, psychological stuff going on, several stories from the past...comedy, quirky characters and some really good mysteries. I am very disappointed that it was canceled and wrapped up so abruptly. I was kind of wondering if her father hadn't really killed her mother, but Mona herself...maybe even when she was sleep walking accidentally? It was a theory anyway.
I loved the two main actors, Dilan Çiçek Deniz and Serkay Tütüncü. They had wonderful chemistry together and played off of one another very well. (When I saw Serkay in Bey Yanlis I thought, he should be the star...so I was happy to see him get the lead in this series, I am just sad it is over.)
I highly recommend this series. I think it appeals to a much bigger audience than the usual Turkish market and I am really hoping that they will try a series like this again...and that Serkay Tününcü gets the lead on another series!

LOVE IT
Omg! I didn't quite expect that. The plot is amazing and so are the actors. This is my first time seeing Dilan and i must say she's amazing and so beautiful. The series has a little romance happening, a bit of comedy and a lot and i mean A LOT of mystery. It gets you doubting everything and everyone. I couldn't take my eyes off and i was constantly on the edge of my seat! I don't recommend it for people who don't like gore or thrillers though. As a person who likes diversity and can watch anything i can say this series is not for everybody. In total i am very pleased because this is the first original mystery/drama series i have seen and i hope every episode is as good as the first one.

!!!!!!!!!
Well only watched the first episode and i loved it so much! Honestly i love this genre it gives me chills but in a good way also the little comedy there is a good amount not over acting also the cinematography is so good and the story line is going well and interesting!! I know alot of the actors and i can tell it is a great cast! And the places are so beautiful. I am so curious and excited to know more about the characters (especially people who live in this building and her past and what his grandpa was up to and why he received her pic) I really really hope they don't turn down this series and wrap it in a silly way as they did to many others before i really hope so, it's different and so good especially the dark-ish energy, i already got attached to the characters!!!<3.

The biggest crime in Dizi History!!!
Seriously the only series worthy to be a family friendly, mysterious, different and unique plot and yet the least watched in its 2-3 last episodes of the series who usually get cancelled by fox / any other channel. It's ridiculous the fact that this dizi was an ideal dizi and got 6 ep at all, it's decreasing started when Ben Bu Cihana Sigmazam started but we all are seeing how it is dropping week by week and it's rating will drop even more because it is the typical cliche turkish series. Seriously cannot give a decent review of it because they destroyed the story by making suddenly the final at the 6th 😒
