It would help in the healing of the world, in a strong, absolute and powerful way, if Bush, Cheney, and all the others involved., were in fact to be brought before the American Court. Everyone knows, even those who refuse to say it aloud, that Bush and his ranking associates lied their way into a war with Iraq. That the consequences of this thoughtless act are even now not only unstable, unfulfilled, inadequate and failing; they are in fact mushrooming, expanding and instigating disasters of nearly biblical proportions in the advent of the Islamic State (ISIL), relentless, brutal civil wars throughout the Middle East and northern Africa, millions of homeless and misplaced persons, trillions of dollars of economic and infrastructure destruction, and ultimately the senseless deaths of United States soldiers and hundreds of thousands of innocent peoples. It is inconceivable at some level that not one ranking official in the United States will state clearly for the record that George Bush lied, that he should be considered a criminal suspect and brought before a jury trial. Even today, these facts are still true. Mr. Bugliosi makes a legal, correctly defined, logical, legal argument for this point of view; indeed, a blueprint for someone, somewhere to take up this cause. Perhaps the most insidious fact of our political system at this precise moment is the absolute impunity of men like Bush, Koch Brothers, Cheney, Fox News, even the GOP itself to violate law, disguise and hide the truth, and deflect blame, or even the need for blame. This tragic indifference to the integrity of our country is at least addressed on this theoretical, yet factual and legal argument by an intelligent and gifted prosecutor to fellow practitioners and students of the rule of law in the United States. It is also sad, and not a little suspicious, that this film is not widely known. The Main Stream Media, that faithless and faceless entity, has ignored it almost completely. Find it. Watch it. Pass it along.
I've never believed that a solid legal case could be made against Bush. That is, until now. The author makes a compelling case that all legal requirements are met to bring the first-degree murder charges against Bush. Vincent Bugliosi presents his case in a completely non-partisan way. He does so solely as a prosecutor - a crime has been committed, therefore perpetrator(s) should be prosecuted. Can it be any other any way in a land that prides itself on its rule of law? Yet, there isn't even so much as an afterthought of indictment. The horrific legacy of George Bush will haunt United States for as long as we record history. If the US is inclined to maintain its position that it is morally, judicially and politically the leading power of the free world (which, by the way, I think is debatable) then it must put its money where its mouth is and indict Bush and his accomplices.
While watching the documentary, one will detach him/herself from politics, past and present. You will not see Bush as a Republican, but rather as a psychopath (and I am not saying that to insult or express my disgust with this individual; this is simply a diagnoses). A psychopath is a person who may appear to function normally, but it is devoid of sense of empathy and remorse; the movies shows that Bush fits this category perfectly. You will wonder how is it that a person can become a leader of the most powerful nation on earth and yet never undergo any psychological evaluation.
Watch this, no matter if you are a Republican or a Democrat.

Brilliant! Satisfyingly Entertaining. Thoughtful and focused. Vince Bugliosi once again justifies his significant notoriety for prosecutorial excellence and inscrutable credibility. The fact that this film has been categorically marked for apparent "media blackout" by large corporate media outlets serves to make it even more tantalizing fare to the general public seeking uncensored publication. Such attempted censorship undeniably attests to the magnitude of the subject matter, as well as the compelling power of Vince Bubliosi's thoughtful presentation. The Prosecution of an American President is a "Must See" film for all, and is certain to leave a profound impression. Well Done!
Mr. Bugliosi was a huge showman back in the days of his one-hit-wonder trial, that never stopped. Wrote 6 books, and never really had any land-mark cases. Then failed at a run for office. Look, your 5 minutes of fame came and went...in a fast fading flame.
I watched this pathetic piece, as he lost all credibility within the first 15 minutes. This quickly became a long drawn out diatribe with very little substance. Relying on repetition to fill 101 wasted minutes.(repetitive, redundant, repetitive, redundant) I esp. like where he accused the media? of purposelessly inserting the "Saddam" and "war" x amounts of times. Sound bites/snippets...how....original? Not. A very contrived tool. Like Saddam wasn't the subject of the time. While attempting to make that point believable in this piece of trash, Bugliosi does this EXACT SAME THING...why, one only need count the number of times he says "George Bush" (say the whole name) alongside numerous/repetitive derogatory phrases. While defining the 'selling the war' he uses the same techniques to 'sell' his conjecture as PURE fact, with film clips and pictures to exact emotion. (not unlike sad puppy eyes to plead for support for animal causes) With quite a bit of over wrought excruciating drama, I might add. (probably wished to be an actor, as well)(this, being the closest he would come). I'll put him on the shelf with others who attempted and failed to rise to higher more respected level (thinking..James Janos) then resorted to espousing conspiracy theories and became the butt of many a joke. I am guessing that this made him feel significant. This diatribe disguised as a "documentary" is NOT significant.

Vincent Bugliosi is a true liar!!!!! I know him!!!!! He blames George W Bush for the Iraq War yet what about Afghanistan!!!!! We lost that war completely. Afghanistan is the worst war ever based on lies!!!!! I mean "democracy"!!! Everyone knew that America would fail in Afghanistan just like the Russians in the 1980s!!!!! Instead Vincent Bugliosi blames only Bush for the Iraq War!!!! Oh yeah he is a partisan "Democrat" No wonder his estranged granddaughters Sophia and Alexandra hate him. Vincent Bugliosi is a real clown in America.
