This award show was never broadcasted publicly. However various nominees and skits that were announced for this show were reused for next year's show 420 Awards - 5th Annual Event (2023). Instead Derek Savage released a two minutes video on the 420 Awards YouTutube Channel on the 23th February 2024, suggesting that there were technical difficulties on that day (symbolized by the classic intro of the show, a short greeting that was abruptly ended by a glitch effect), saying that he learned a lot from that and that he released the video only after reading comments about this show. He claimed that there were actually people on the show and they had "a spectacular time". At the end he was advertising the 420 Awards show for 2024.
