Call of the Dead is a new zombie map in the new Call of Duty map pack "Escalation." Which will include another 4 multiplayer maps for the regular multiplayer.
Short answer: No, but you can "send him away" for a round. Say you "kill" him in round 15, he will then reappear in round 17.
Romero is a form of super-zombie who appears in the game from the first round. You can "send him Away" with all weapons, but it will take an enormous amount of bullets, this is made easier by using high-powerd weapons like the raygun or the Scavenger. When you shoot at him he will get angry and will chase you, smashing his stagelight in the ground, he can be calmed down by leading him into water or shooting him with the un-upgraded VR-11 . After you kill him he will drop a random perk and a death machine, or a wunderwaffe dg-2 if you've completed the easter egg. You can also send him away with the upgraded VR-11, but this will not give you any drops.
When Romero is in his normal state, he moves at the same speed if not slightly slower than the slowest moving zombie in the game. He only becomes a nuisance if you try and hunker down in an area, he can box you in. Also, he may get behind a zombie you're shooting at and should you miss or the bullet passes through the zombie you shoot, you can accidentally hit George, making him go berserk. George is easy enough to get by when he's in normal mode, but if you need to rush by him and you bump into him, this will make him go berserk as well. When George goes into his berserker mode, he can run faster than you and also he will slam down his lightning hammer which will give you a slight zap, causing you to stop sprinting. Allowing him to catch up to you even quicker. (If you do hit him, intentional or accidentally; lead him to a body of water. This will calm him down and go back to his "normal" state)
George can also electrify his undead hoardes. So should you try and knife them or if they hit you, it will give you a shock, blurring your vision for a couple seconds, which is more than enough time to get killed. George can also make the zombies turn berserk as well, causing all of them to run very fast. It's very easy to get rushed when this happens so your safest bet is to open up enough areas so you can run around the map in circles until they stop or you buy enough time to kill them all. (You don't have to open every door. Just enough that if you're needing to escape, you have enough open areas to run through.)
