James Clemens gets the top-billing in this Vitaphone short where he plays a drunk who can hardly stand. That's pretty much the entire plot as Clemens stumbles into the Dream Cafe where he runs into a cop as well as a lovely young lady who performs a couple dances for him. For the life of me I just couldn't see any humor in this film. Even though it lasts just 10-minutes that felt way too long and I really couldn't wait for it to be over. The only thing that keeps the picture moving is the young woman and her dancing. Still, this isn't enough to make this thing worth sitting through unless you're somebody who wants to watch all of these early talkies. Clemens does do a dance at the end of the picture, which has to be one of the strangest I've seen but, as you guessed it, it's just not funny.
