- Just another day of friends getting together to play some poker. Although the game starts off good and playful it soon turns deadly after one of the player drops his poker face and shows his hand.
- This fourteen minute short starts with a poker game already in progress. Texas holdem. Conversation starts and jokes are made. Lawrence get's a bit over tipsy as he usually does, while the other guys try to bluff their way to victory. But tonight Chris isn't bluffing. Douglas runs out of cigarettes and goes in the kitchen to get a pack. At the same Lawrence goes to the bathroom. Chris and Allen sit at the table alone.
Chris says he wants to be "The house" and starts shuffling the cards. Allen tells Chris a joke and Chris smirks and replies with a riddle. Allen becomes unsettle by the riddle and the other guys come back in the room. Chris starts up a game of "Five-card draw". They play a couple hands through with not so good jokes said. Then next hand Chris makes "hearts" wild. Allen seems to think Chris is calling him out. Now the game is serious. Allen and Chris start betting big money while the other guys keep folding.
Chris keep's talking about truth and lies in Poker. Allen tries to ignore him but Chris brings up his wife. Everyone is starting to become tense. Chris talks to everyone around the table about his wife and goes all in. Everyone folds. Allen struggles to tell Chris about him and his wifes affair; but he does. Chris springs up from his seat and pulls out a gun. Everyone stands. Douglas and Lawrence try to calm Chris down and he slowly lets down the gun. But Chris isnt bluffing tonight. He pulls the trigger.
