Watching this tonight. Given the raw material at his disposal and the incredible stories these fascinating men had to tell, Steve Pyke somehow contrives to make this unbelievably dull and uninteresting. The guy could bore for his country. He gets to meet loads of Apollo astronauts but all he does is drone on about photography and take a succession of extreme close ups. No insights, no personal touch, not an ounce of humanity in any of the connections with these wonderful men, most of whom are now sadly gone. What a waste of such a glorious opportunity.
