A 'Classic' Tale: From Flabby To Fantastic follows actor Brandon Krum, who grew up idolizing Arnold Schwarzenegger. After sustaining a knee injury in a skiing accident as a child, Brandon stopped being physically active, and gained weight. Inspired by going The Arnold Classic in 2009, and meeting his idol, Brandon who weighted over 330 lbs decided that he wanted to look better and be healthier, so he started to work out, lose weight and go after his life goals.
