How am I funny?
That is the question the movie should ask itself. And not in a good way (or a threatening, like in Good Fellas), but in a serious way. While I do not read anything about movies, I'm about to watch, it was very clear from the title, what this was aiming to do. So you could say, the best thing about it, is the title. It's almost the only good thing about it though.
There's a thing called "comic timing". And then there is this movie. Of course one can laugh about everything. Even the silliest and most ridiculous things. And the best thing to do here, would be to laugh at anything, because it is more than just silly. But apart from the fact, that you can't help wondering, what really good jokes got lost (maybe did not even make it to the script?), there is also a very good chance you will be annoyed.
At what you ask? At the "running gags". A guy who only speaks English, but uses profanity. While it might be funny for a second, you wish he would shut up later on, in the movie. The framing, the editing, the acting. If it were a school play, you'd excuse it. If it were a movie from a first time director, you could see it coming. Then again, I heard this director is known for his "works". So maybe I'm the one to blame ...
