A musical comedy covering three decades in the life of Sage Negadeth, an encyclopedic headbanging hero determined to form the heaviest band of his scene. Everything seems to work out as he forms a thrash band with his best friend and two Nigerian exchange students but when a school counselor threatens institutionalization and a Christian girl offers to save his soul, Sage gambles on a deal with the Devil to ensure his dreams come true.

off the edge hilarious

what a no holds barred example of in your face metalhead comedy. hilarious. I laughed out loud probably twenty times while watching this perfect mess. If you loved The English Patient, can't wait to see the sequel to Dances With Wolves (aka Avatar), or can't understand why there was never an Any Given Sunday 2: Snap This, then you should never watch this movie. It's a headbangin', hell-raisin, demonically speaking, good f**king time. It's an amazing example of an original voice. Only a twisted qenius could come up with such a unique approach to a subject that has gotten it's share of comedic adaptation, but this one blows all of it out of the water. It was obviously made on the cheap, but who gives a damn. Funny is funny.
