Review: the story was average. It did not have any impact, with some twists which were seen in 2nd half , left viewers awe struck for a while. The narrative was OK. The first half was good and set the momentum for the next half. But the graph went down and with songs at crucial points of movie turned it into a regular mass masala. The climax was not up to the mark as it did not create an impact. Screenplay was tight in first half and went down a bit in second half. Direction was apt. the lead cast got a prominent role to perform. Heroines were not utilized to full extent. Villains are there to shout and not perform anything in terms of action. Editing was crisp in first 30 minutes , then it lost the impact. Only two songs were catchy and was good to hear. Background score was apt. but a high voltage action script needed a better score. Cinematography was brilliant both in movie and songs. Comedy was good enough , but seemed overdosed. Action episodes are nearly overdosed. Cgi effects are good in first song and titles. Art department needs a special mention for some songs. In climax the visual effects seemed a bit tacky. Out of 4 action scenes, only first one was impressive rest all seemed very boring and did not give an impact. Finally ragada ends up as a good movie. It had all the elements to make it a hit one. But due to lack of any impact in story and songs , ragada could not make that mark. But is watchable once for nag king and comedy elements. Rating: 6/10

Nagarjuna was awesome in the movie,he is looking so young, the movie consists of more mass elements and comedy of Brahamanandam . Both heroins are looking nice, songs are not that much impressive. There are more twists in 2nd half but climax is not that much impressive. More fights and more villain's in the movie. Nagarjuna's acting showed audience a different angle in him. The flash back is little bit boring. Audience has expected more from the director because of his recent movie bindaas which is block buster in the last year. Finally u can watch the movie which was better in recent time. A good gift for audience from Nag and the director Veeru Potla.

Ragada is an action thriller movie directed by Veeru Potla and stars Nagarjuna Akkineni, Anushka Shetty, Priyamani, Pradeep Rawat, Dev Gill, Brahmanandam, Kota Srinivasa Rao and Raghu Babu.
Ragada is another south-Indian movie which is filled with lots of action, some comedy and reprising larger then life image of the hero which is so handsome that every girl is willing to fall for him, he can beat 100s of goons all alone and is the most powerful man on the universe.
Plot of the movie is simple and predictable but with lots of twists and turns the director had tried to keep the interest of the viewers running, screenplay is average and with regular action scenes and comic timings in between a section of viewers will be entertained. The dialogues are weak and the cliched introductory song of the hero gives you a glimpse that you are going to witness other bone crackling, goons flying in the air with just a punch and shaking the earth with their feet of the hero kind of a flick.
As far as acting is concerned Nagarjuna is a seasoned actor and he knows how to play his character and he had did pure justice with it, Anushka and Priyamani although had a strong role in the script but they did what is required from them by adding the glamour quotient, Brahmanandam is a superb talent and he will either make you smile or laugh whenever he in on screen, Pradeep Rawat had been playing such characters for long now and he has nothing new to do.
This movie is surely for the die-hard fans of Nagarjuna and if you are one of them then this is a must watch for you and if you are not then you might have seen such movies lots of time but still you might get some entertainment, can be watched once.

Nagarjuna is decent in his role... Anushka and Priyamani are 🔥🔥🔥 But Anushka dominates Priyamani (both only for glamour). So are Villians and good score by S. S. Thaman. Comedians are a bit impressive. Chemistry between lead actors are good. Especially between Anushka and Nagarjuna. Produuction values are good and an Okayish story with decent screenplay of Director Veeru Potla.
Fun Fact : Censor board enjoys all the stuff of Anushka Shetty (cuts so many sensuous portions in Sirisha Sirisha song...where she removes her black transparent saree and dances for a while....and nagarjuna kisses her midriff so much time)

This is one of the few movies where it has all of it but was not successful due to what so ever reason.

Slow narration in first half and few comedy scenes which will not make us laugh. Especially the comedy scenes with Priyamani and her family will not make us laugh. Second is perfectly planned with unexpected twists.
