It reminds me the novel Baltagul by Mihail Sadoveanu. An old lady , in a local cantina, telling a story to three men. She seems a beggar, being , in fact, only a revenger. Two virtues make this short film special . First - the clash between myth + fantastic + archetypal silhouettes and the classic recipe of western. Second - the impressive performance of garaciela Patino, reminding old wakawatis. Her story grows up in her , like a seed, like a young tree, like fruits giver. And the only sin, maybe, it is the final , deja feeled in intense manner.
A great short film about justice and truth and words as smoke of a hidden fire eating the listeners.
