Homicide detectives Rachael and Frank have been partners for a few years, and are sitting down at a hole-in-the-wall dive bar for a much-needed drink. They have just wrapped up a bizarre case, probably the strangest of Rachael's comparatively young career. As they discuss the procedures they'll have to go through in the morning to close everything up, Rachael begins going through the past day's events in her head, with veteran officer Frank acting as a skeptical sounding board. While everything appears to have been wrapped up neatly, several elements are nagging at Rachael, and she begins to suspect that there may be more than they're seeing. With Frank playing devilÂ’s advocate, the two begin to question some of the conclusions theyÂ’ve drawn, ultimately threatening their friendship... and perhaps more.
