A madcap comedy film that revolves around Jolly Maker (Cyrus Broacha), a simple, hard-working bachelor in search of love, money, friends and success.

Eccentric, badly in debt, Mumbai Municipal employee, Jolly Maker, is infatuated with Monica Gokhale, a member of the Mumbai Heritage Society. He gets his chance to prove his worth when he hears that she has been abducted mysteriously through a flush of the Municipality's toilet. He does rescue her inadvertently, becomes a hero overnight. But the tables get turned when both of them, along with her dad, Madhav, get abducted and are fated to die in a diabolical game of 'Kaun Banega Swargwasi'.—rAjOo (gunwanti@hotmail.com)

Maharaja Harry Holkar is about to destroy Mumbai by planting a bomb at Mantralaya,Monica Gokhale works for a Bombay Heritage Society under Khandarjala who plans to revamp old buildings of the city.Holkar gets Monica kidnapped so that their plans are spoiled, Jolly Maker a careless guy who gets fired from his jobs due to his carelessness also works for Khandarjala he has no respect from anyone and people term him as a idiot person.Jolly manages to save Monica from Holkar and becomes a hero of the city,Jolly and Monica fall in love and he finds that Moncia is not whom she claims and Khandarjala along with a scientist Pinakin is getting a bomb ready to destroy the city on orders of Holkar.—alex.mjacko@gmail.com
