Liya Silver is a revelation in this edition of Alis Locanta's romantic Dorcel series. Fans can count on three hours of sophisticated entertainment each time out, but this one, told strictly in pantomime (all dialog is removed), is something special.
Her character is found unconscious on the beach by Alberto Blanco, suffering from amnesia. This familiar plot gimmick is subsequently downplayed, as she finds love and a bit of adventure, with key subplots revolving around a cheating couple of psychiatrist Anastasia Brokelyn and her husband, a financial advisor played by Nick Ross.
Liya is a rare beauty, definitely a successor to reigning star Clea Gaultier in the Dorcel universe, and continues Locanta's winning streak in finding new talent for these quality "indecente" showcases.
