David Eason found himself on the wrong side of the law again earlier this month. A North Carolina sheriff picked up the troubled former Teen Mom 2 star after he took items from the home he once shared with his estranged wife, Jenelle Evans.

While Evans and Eason are not yet divorced, the mother of three insists he isn’t permitted to be at the property they once shared. Evans alleges he also is not allowed to take things from “the land.” She recently explained exactly why that is.

According to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, a website always well-versed on all things Teen Mom, the estranged and often-violent husband of Jenelle Evans spent this past weekend in jail.

Eason was reportedly taken into custody on Friday for violating a domestic violence restraining order that Evans had placed against him. David was also charged with trespassing.

Both charges are misdemeanors.

According to a 911 call obtained by The Ashley Reality Roundup Group, Evans called emergency services last weekend after her teen son disappeared for the second time in 24 hours. Evans told dispatchers that the 15-year-old had smashed several doors in the home before leaving and becoming unreachable.

It has been a crazy few months for Jenelle Evans. She started it out by having the cops called on her by her boyfriend, August Keen. He was the one who prompted her to relocate to Las Vegas. Jenelle left her husband, David Eason, and was ready to start a new life away from North Carolina. That did not sit well with Jace as he had just settled back at home. In August 2023, he started to run away and proceeded to do so three times in two months.

What’s old is very unfortunately new again for Jenelle Evans and her oldest child.

Over this past weekend, the former Teen Mom participant reportedly called 911 after getting into a major fight with her 15-year old son, Jace.

According to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, Jace ran away from home on Saturday night… only to return a few hours later.

On Sunday morning, mother and son engaged in a “nasty fight,” the aforementioned website claims, with Evans telling the 911 operator that Jace had “smashed his door, my door, a closet door.”

“Now everything in my house is, like, smashed, and it keeps happening and the cops said they wouldn’t help yesterday [when Jace ran away the first time],” Jenelle says tearfully on the recording of this call.

Based on surveillance footage from Jenelle’s home in North Carolina, Eason, his girlfriend and three others cut off the locks to this property on Sunday night using bolt-cutters.

They proceeded to load up a number of motorcycles and other items from Jenelle’s garage and place them inside of a trailer.

According to an MTV production source, Jenelle Evans’ comeback is kaput.

As Monsters and Critics previously reported, Jenelle made her Teen Mom return earlier this year.

The 32-year-old mom of three was fired from the series in 2019 after her now-estranged husband, David Eason, shot and killed their family dog, Nugget.

Jenelle returned to MTV this year for Season 2 of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter to share her storyline with viewers.

Despite Jenelle playing a part in the Teen Mom spinoff’s ratings success this season, The Ashley’s Reality Roundup says she has been cut from the show.

Currently, the Teen Mom alum is serving time behind bars in Clark County, Nevada.

The polarizing cable network personality appeared on a few episodes this past season of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, but our friends at The Ashley’s Reality Roundup are now reporting that she will Not be asked back in 2025.

“It kind of came out of nowhere,” one production source told this celebrity gossip website, adding on Monday:

“There had even been a concerted effort to get [Jenelle’s mother] Barbara Evans out to film, because they know that the fans really wanted to see Barb again. Barbara had almost agreed to film, and then [MTV] pulled out.”
