For sobbing out loud, your home is your most intimate, secure place that you should prize and cherish; no matter how charming, intelligent, attractive, accomplished, whatever these people present themselves as, I promise you it is not anywhere close to where the actual truth lies.

There's literally not a single excuse adequate enough to forego the check into someone's background, and if you proceed ahead, you do so at your own peril.

How so many people were so ridiculously trusting of someone simply because he presents well, is beyond the ability to comprehend by any rational person.

This is a poorly told cautionary tale of how not to go about finding a roommate. Each episode pushes the boundaries of believability to the point of incredulity but this set of two is completely unhinged and will leave you feeling angry- not at Jamison, but at the sheer stupidity of so very many naive people who seem intelligent enough to have known better.
