Three sisters, Olga, Masha, and Irina, must overcome their differences and work together to run their late father's auto service business, resolving long-standing conflicts with each other and the staff.

The story of three women who are forced together to manage the car service they inherited after the death of their father. Once, by his behavior, he separated his daughters and made them strangers. Now his provincial auto business must rally the quarreling sisters. Teacher Olga, hairdresser Masha and businesswoman Irina have to lead a team of forty men, simultaneously resolving the contradictions that have accumulated over the years.
