Love this series and Pam visits some beautiful spots. An interesting episode is when she visits Badminton house where Bridgerton is filmed.
She also meets the actress who plays Lady Danbury, Adjoa. What was interesting was the portrait of the Queen Charlotte. The actress tells us there was debate that because of the portrait Queen Charlotte (who was born in Germany), her features were thought 'mixed race'. Also that she 'powdered her skin because it was so dark'. I'm surprised that the actress didn't know that it was the fashion in Georgian times for males and females to powder their faces with a white chalk powder. Also the actress in the clip of Bridgestone with Adjoa , looks just like Queen Charlotte and she is not mixed race! Also I did find it amusing with the subtitles show the actress greeting Pam with hello 'Pat'! The actress also thanks Pam and says she's her heroine reminding her of the West Country! Yikes, Pam is from Oxfordshire!
