I've watched "Johan Falk" 2009 series one by one, and believe me, this series rocks, even I don't quite like the actor who played Johan Falk 'cause he got a very crooked mouth like somebody suffered minor stroke, but it didn't affect his great performance in the whole series so far. Almost every episode of this series is dynamic with great screenplays, directed so well, and the suspenses never turned flat, and the Johan Falk guy is a tough, smart, fearless and hands-on guy who always did his job 110%. But I just don't why this episode suddenly turned him into a lamer with stupid decisions on and on with unforgivable judgments again and again. With different screenplay writers perhaps further jeopardized his attractive persona in a quite unbalanced performances in each episode. In this episode and several episodes before it, Johan Falk appeared to be less and less aggressive and more and more reserved and indecisive either by himself and by the tighter control of his superior officers. All in all with these bad factors said, this episode is a huge below average disappointment.

This movie deserves more and better credit than it has received. Im a fan of Johan Falk, and from my point of view this movie has everything a crime movie should have: suspense, character development, action and so on. For example, the scene where Johan and Lasse are in the hotel room to rig the surveillance cameras always keeps me on the edge of my seat, even though i have seen the movie several times. And that scene is so beautifully accompanied by the music of Bengt Nilsson. The story about stopping the trafficking from Poland to Sweden is told with a serious tone, something that in real life might be "swept under the rug". Being a huge fan of the Jihan Falk movies, this one definitely is among the top 5 of my favorite Falk movies.
