Let me first say that I thought the acting was quite good. Any issues I have with the series lie elsewhere. I especially like the female lead (Yue Yu, I believe). Her acting was spot on, and she is very beautiful.

The second leads were great also, and I like their story.

The story was predictable and brought nothing new to the table. You could guess where the whole thing was headed pretty early on. The action scenes were pretty lame, actually. Again not the actors fault. It seemed like every good guy was getting stabbed all the time, and not bringing a knife or gun to the fight. Although one good guy has a gun at one random point, begging the question of why they didn't have them during the other fight scenes. Go figure.

There we a number of plot holes. And it was pretty annoying that the bad guys were always one step ahead of our supposedly super smart hero.

By the way, I watched a trailer for the sequel and it looked better. Maybe. The ML's fighting skills seem to have been upgraded :-). Although I didn't get how this was really a sequel based on the plot, but maybe I'm just dense.

So, for me, a 7 overall. If it has not been for the nice acting, I would have rated this a 6.

This drama has everything! It's the first time I watch a c drama like this! It has literally everything and the plot is super interesting!

It is short and fast paced so it never gets boring.

I enjoyed the scenes from the past telling the beginning if the story and how every detail is relevant in the present.

The main leads have such an electrifying chemistry and its more passion and nudity that I am used to in asian dramas ( The scenes of Yu-Ning Tsao in the shower are just so hot)

The stories from the secondary leads are also very touching and sweet and it makes you very emotional but makes the show wholesome.

I certainly recommend to watch this.

I SWEAR, I BARELY WATCH A DRAMA FOR STRAIGHT 1 DAY TO WATCH. BUT THIS DRAMA CERTAINLY HAVE EVERYTHING!! OST, ACTORS/ACTRESS, PLOT, ACTING, THEME. THE OST REALLY FIT THE SITUATIONS, THE ACTING NEVER DISSAPOINT. I SWAER Y'ALL BETTER WATCH THIS AND GIVE RATE 10/10!!!!

Short swoonworthy love drama! Real kisses, real hugs, could feel the sweet love between the main leads! Even the supporting couple love story is sweet! The love for brotherhood is awesome. The soundtrack song is a beautiful ballad!

It's not just a romantic drama with action thriller thrown in!

Nothing negative, fantastic storyline, plot & scenes!

Highly recommended! Worth yo binge watch! Not draggy & unnecessary scenes!

BEST DRAMA, OST, TITLE, CHARACTERS, ACTING, ACTORS/ACTRESS EVERYTHING!!!

You're thrown into a storyline and expected to be emotionally involved with the Leads decisions when you're given nothing but breadcrumbs about their backstory. Quite boring at times and it takes a while to get into the drama.

The male Leads acting is often unsettling when he gives those murder eyes as he's talking to the girl he's supposed to love.
