This show is what you would get if the Outer Limits was filmed as a community theatre production where the actors were told that their loved ones were being held hostage and would be executed if there was even the slightest display of talent.

It has the overall feel of one of those orientation videos you have to watch in a new job in which all the actors are ordinary staff just trying their best.

I cannot overstate how appallingly awful the acting is in this show. It is worth watching at least one episode to establish a benchmark for terribleness that you can apply to every show you watch going forward.

As soon as you come to accept that the acting is about on par with a preschool pantomime, you are free to focus on how pointless and boring the plots are.

Slow paced, poor acting, sappy music, sappy plot.

2nd. Episode: 14 year olds in a kindergarten level art class? "what are we, in 4th grade?" looked like it to me. As if it was written/directed by 14 year olds.
