The appearance of "Scooby-Doo" hero Shaggy Rogers in a Mortal Kombat feature is a homage to the "Ultra Instinct Shaggy" trend that started in 2017. It got so popular that fans were campaigning for Shaggy to appear in a Mortal Kombat game. The logo joke is the closest fans will get to an official Scooby-Doo/Mortal Kombat crossover.

Good movie.

Not as good as the first one but still pretty decent. The animation is really good and better than the first one, but the movie tries to focus on too many things at once and doesn't handle it too well by the end.

Some of the last scenes seem forced and innecesary and drag down what would otherwise have been an 8/10 imo.
