We’ve got questions, and you’ve (maybe) got answers! With another week of TV gone by, we’re lobbing queries left and right about shows including Orphan Black, Game of Thrones, The Fosters and Hawaii Five-0!
1 | Orphan Black fans, are you missing Felix something fierce? Isn’t it weird that he’s been off-screen for so many episodes during the show’s final run?

There we were, a mere six days from the 28th annual Survivor Series, and the question on everyone's mind was simple: Will the Bunny finally fight back against Adam Rose by simulating a sexual act? Breathe easy, because the answer was: Yes! Yes! Yes!
But for real, folks, there was plenty of substantive mat action and even more prolonged banter on the microphone last night, and I'm here to disassemble it all into an occasionally useful and intermittently amusing digest. I've broken the action down into five essential takeaways and,...

I love finding new things.
Writers I never heard of, music I’m not familiar with, a movie recommended by a friend I trust. Even better than finding something new is discovering that the material in question is a lot better than expected. I like to be surprised, I enjoy the professional output of talented people, writers, film makers, musicians, artists in general.
But nothing, and I mean nothing, could have prepared me for the atom bomb blast the Collins Kids have put on me.
A little back ground first. I recently went on vacation and drove to Missouri from my home in St. Petersburg, Florida to visit my family at our reunion over Labor Day weekend. I drove there through Mississippi and took my time, visited places that interested me. Stopped in Indianola, Ms and visited the B.B. King Museum (I highly recommend it by...

I used to fantasize about going to Plato’s Retreat. The heyday of Plato’s was the late 1970s, during my time in the Navy. I still remember an article Playboy magazine ran about the first out in the open bath house/swing club for straight couples in American history. To say I was sexually frustrated during my time in service would be a major understatement, and not just from the long time spent at sea on a Navy warship, absent any female company. I had issues that had nothing to do with the Navy and which I will not go into in a movie review. Quite frankly the idea of being able to go into an open club and have sex with any woman on the premises, totally anonymous, no dating ritual, no games, sounded like pure heaven.
Now after seeing this excellent documentary about...

Yes, I have too much time on my hands. Here's a new feature that was fun to put together (though quite time-consuming, which makes me worry about my ability to do this every month). I look back at rock, pop, and R&B albums that came out five years ago, ten years ago, etc.
1967
Buffalo Springfield: Again (Atco)
There was much chaos surrounding the creation of this quintet 's second album. Bassist Bruce Palmer, in some ways the soul of the band, was unavailable due to a drug charge deportation, and a string of session players took his place. Stephen Stills, who saw himself as the leader of the group, was feuding with Neil Young, who considered himself an equal, and Young actually quit -- but returned. And that's without getting into the fiasco that was the band's management team.
Nonetheless, it was a quantum leap forward from their debut,...

10:55 Am: The 3D trailer for ParaNorman got an enthusiastic response, so much that a host mistakenly tried to introduce it a second time. He left and was never seen again.
10:57 Am: Writer/director Chris Butler said it was his intention to make a zombie moves for kids, or “John Carpenter meets John Hughes”
11:00 Am: Kodi Smit-McPhee’s (Norman) voice apparently dropped today. Mazel toy!
11:01 Am: Anna Kendrick (Norman’s sister Courtney): “(During the voice over recording) I look like a pretty big tool!” Yeah, I somehow doubt that. She’s too cute to handle.
11:03 Am: Behind the scenes clips are shown for the film implies that the creators behind the film felt just as “different” as Norman’s character, who is outcast by his town for not quite fitting in due to his communication with the dead. The footage looks great, a macabre mix...

Not even a dreary day can put a damper on Kourtney Kardashian‘s maternity style.
On Wednesday, she opted for a brighter ensemble while spending the afternoon scouting for a new Dash location with sister Kim in Los Angeles.
The mom-to-be wore Tibi‘s Novelty Leather-Trimmed Wool Coat ($825) in pink with purple trim over Bleulab gray jeans and Michael Kors burgundy knee-high boots.
Love Kourtney’s colorful mix? You’re in luck. We’ve rounded up similar items — all under $70!

You (and your bump!) are sure to pop in Twiggy London‘s bright Swing Coat ($32).

As humans, we all get our crack at freedom.
Some perhaps a little more than others, but the opportunity to make choices and decisions are a prime derivation of that autonomy. It's a good thing that a majority of us spend more time deciding what to eat for dinner rather than the upgraded version of choosing to make a deal with the King of Hell.
Unfortunately, with Castiel's reemergence after Lucifer's drop into the cage and his burgeoning acknowledgment of free will, his script had been thrown out the window. He no longer had to follow orders and more importantly, he could make decisions based upon his own beliefs and understandings.
Oh, how the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
And while good intentions seemed to be at the forefront of Castiel's mind, his freedom to pick his own options drew him down a dark path.
He could have asked for Dean's help.

Though not necessarily a horror film, Descent director Neil Marshall’s latest flick Centurion is certainly set to showcase the auteur’s persistent lust for high-octane, combative carnage.
Centurion tells the muscular tale of the Romans’ tussle with the Picts – the wild and weird Celtic inhabitants of the Scottish Highlands. Having last reported on the film here, Dread Central just had the good fortune of catching up with Mr. Marshall himself to chat about the inspiration behind the film and flooding blood within it.
The tragic tale of the Roman Ninth Legion is what initially goosed Marshall to create the film. “I heard about the legend of the Ninth Legion about 10 years ago. A friend of mine told me over a few drinks in a bar one night. He said he had read about this myth, about this entire Roman legion that marched into Scotland and disappeared without a trace.

The BBC today announced the six acts hoping to take part in music’s biggest annual extravaganza as they compete to represent the UK at the Eurovision Song Contest in Your Country Needs You! on Friday 12 March 2010 at 8.30pm on BBC One.
Alexis, 20
Alexis has always been a keen performer, but he has never worked professionally.
As a young boy he was in to acting. He considers himself to be a “showman” and has “no passion for anything else”. He only fell in love with singing when he performed in his school’s production of Grease.
Alexis believes his talent may come from his dad, who used to sing in various bands and gave Alexis lots of encouragement. He aims to emulate singers like Rod Stewart and Freddie Mercury as he was brought up listening to them.
Aged 18 Alexis attended the Kent and Surrey Academy Performing Arts for one year.
