Guy Capo is not one of the famous Penthouse directors (Skye Blue, Stuart Canterbury and Toni English lead the pack) but he definitely put plenty of effort into this sex-in-the-office exercise, which boasts a real script (he wrote it) for a change.
Randy Spears earns star billing as a down in the mouth cubicle slave bemoaning his desultory existence, and suffering under the threat of being fired as a competitor is poised to take over Keugher (title pun) Inc. where he works. It's a family business, and owner' son Tommy Gunn has a terrific conference room scene where he berates the staff for their lousy work.
There is some comedy and even a modicum of suspense surrounding the formulaic five seasons of co-workers humping, highlighted by some femme stars who are most appealing, including the lesbian team of Charmane Star and a dolled-up Zoe Britton, plus Khylee Richards and Rachel Roxxx.
Finale is well-judged as Spears gets to hump India Summer and actually falls for her, setting up a surprise happy ending.
Not exactly sure why this one works and so many Penthouse releases devolve into repetitive, pointless sex scenes strung together in the flimsiest way, but it does.
