This seems to be a low-budget movie built on the doubtful idea that the real reason for the 2nd Iraq war was Saddam Hussein's shift to the euro rather than the dollar as a currency for oil sales. This is presented as a huge secret, discovered by three people when they get into a car accident with a dead senator, and find a piece of paper in the senator's car with the words "Iraq", "euro", and "oil" written on it. This piece of paper becomes the main evidence. Then of course they risk their lives uncovering this huge, dark secret. The movie is extremely didactic and ridiculously naive, the events are totally predictable. The dialogues are dumb and unrealistic. Later in the movie there is some shooting and action but I couldn't watch it any further after about 50 minutes.
