Trivia
Eli Roth said the cat in the movie was such a good actor, and performed on cue, that he called him Leonardo DiCatprio. The name of the cat is Tonic and he previously starred in Pet Sematary (2019).

Goofs
As John Carver, dressed as a pilgrim, is chasing Jessica away from the murderous Thanksgiving meal, sheriff Newlon is getting Bobby out of his trunk to set him up to take the fall for the murders. Which isn't possible since Newlon is Carver. Even if he had somehow managed to get ahead of her, there wouldn't have been time to drop the pilgrim look, get his jacket on, get Bobby out of the trunk and get knocked out. She didn't run that far.

Crazy credits
At the very end of the credits, an outtake is shown where Jessica played by Nell Verlaque says goodbye to her father Thomas Wright played by Rick Hoffman. He says goodbye back and after she exits the scene he turns back to the camera and flips the bird at it. This is followed by someone off screen saying "Cut".

Had a lot of fun with it!

Honestly this movie is one of those either you love it or you hate it type of movies. It's a modern day slasher that's nostalgic, campy, gory, and fast-paced. If you're a fan of gore and over the top death scenes then you'll likely enjoy this movie. I'm a big fan of the Chucky movies (especially the later ones) as well as the more recent series and that's kind of the vibe this movie gives off when it comes to tone for me. I laughed a lot while watching this movie and cringed at just about all of the deaths. It's also very reminiscent of I Know What You Did Last Summer and Scream. If you enjoy any of the movies I've mentioned and you need something to do and you're not a horror snob, you'll likely have fun with this one! :)
