The show is only one episode old and it's to early to make any sort of predictions at this point. Based off on first episode alone, I'm rating it a solid 7.

The acting, cinematography, costumes and sets all look spectacular. The only weak point(s), so far, are the fighting sequences and special effects. The scenes on the moving ship don't seem real enough. Fighting scenes are blah but the storyline is interesting and I'm looking forward to the next episode.

The show will lose viewership quickly if not taken care of some issues like fighting scenes, story development etc. All the swords are clean and tidy after a fierce fight. So is the actors and their costumes. This bothers me much. There are some scenes where you will not be able to connect how is that even possible. Sometimes, Hizir shows up in ship by swimming but totally with dry cloths. The use of gun, arrows, and swords do not make sense sometimes: where the enemy can easily use gun or arrows, they come up with swords and end up getting killed. You need make things believable.

I don't often watch Drama Serials as they are time consuming I'm a fan of movies though.

And the only Serial I have watched is Dirlis: Ertgrul. When I watched its first few episodes I couldn't stop myself from watching further and eventually watching the all 5 seasons.

BARBAROLSLAR is gonna be the second serial I'm gonna watch because it has great ENGIN ALTAN ALTAN in it. Yesterday(16 sept) came its very 1st episode. I really loved watching. Hope it will be as Good as Dirlis: Ertugrul.

This is gonna beat everyone in the league. I sm damn sure inshallah.

I first heard about Hizir Hayreddin Pasha (Basbaros) from Magnificent Century. Thus series is based on Hizir Hayreddin Pasha ( Barbaros). Nothing to say more, this series is just 🔥

This show is so poor in every aspect, storyline, special effects, directing, fight scenes and acting. The only way it could be watched is if one licks his brain and become a child. Some one needs to tell the producers and the director to find another job and leave this business to the people who know how to do it.

THE VERY POPULAR ACTOR ENGIN ALTAN MAKES HIS FANS EXCITED AS THE FIRST EPISODE OF BARBAROSLAR WAS RELEASED ON SEPTEMBER 16 20:00. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS DRAMA TO PEOPLE WHO ARE LOVERS OF DIRILIS ERTUGRUL AND MANY OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN HISTORY-BASED SERIES.

This show has zero character development. All ideology and patriotic non sense. Love triangles, useless characters, vanilla villians and 80 percent of episodes characters relaying the same info. Every episode ends with the same BS with the main characters in a due or die situation smh. Production wise with a supposed high budget it has laughable CGI, and some of the worst fighting scenes you'll ever see.

If you want proof, the show is changing writers and producers in the middle, so don't watch this non sense.

Just watched the first two episodes of the Barbaroslar series & I loved it. First time after Dirilis Ertugrul and Kurulus Osman a valuable series on the life of this Muslim hero has come to light.

The wold building is too good. The cinematography, action sequences, acting, and direction are excellent.

I love the dialogues of Engin Altan. The power of his words makes it clear that he deserved to be called "King Of The Sea". I love the character of Hizir. His character arc looks brilliant and will explore more in a very heroic way.

The hooks at the start and at the end of the first episode were clever choices of starting a series. Waiting desperately for the further episodes.

Excellent acting and cinematorgraphy. Must watch. Large scale production and engin has nailed it once again.

Barboraslar, a great series. What an amazing start up. Totally loved it. So much interesting and thrilling. Above above above all the legendary Engin altan düzyatan is the heart and soul of the series. Love him. He is the greatest man ever.

What a watch! Enjoyed the first episode looking forward to the next. Turkish series are amazing.

The first episode isn't bad! The negative side is that the fight scenes are almost unrealistic to me as they speak during their fight when a fight is normally breathless. Hope they didn't all budget in the first episode!

It was worth every second that I waited for these two years ,,, a dream team ,, an exceptional series with high professional actors!

Engin has no expressions in this series and all other actors are doing 0 job.they are just playing a single wedding type of music when engin engin is not the main character he has nothing to do except making a single expression of his eyes up.

This Series is excellent Engin's acting skill are Always up to the mark Story writing and direction is very good Every cast played magnificent role Must watch this series.

Powerful acting and superb choreography based on true and chilling history of great naval hero Barbarossa. I always fascinated by movies shot on blue water but this is next level stuff!

Wow just wow what was the show of yesterday 3rd episode of barbaroslar even more interesting..amazing and out standing then previous 2 I fall in love with that 3rd episode another block buster of engin Altan duzyatan barbaroslar on the way after drillis ertugrul I think it will break all records of drillis others actors specially the boy playing role of ilyas and isabel also too Good each and everyone fit in their character just amazing 10 out of 10.
