My decision to explore director William Butler’s highly-anticipated killer doll opus “Demonic Toys: Personal Demons” was based solely on nostalgia alone. Having been a Full Moon Entertainment fan for nearly 20 years now, slipping back into this Charles Band-inspired universe after an extended hiatus was oddly comforting, like a warm, friendly blanket taken directly from a stylish cinematic dryer. Naturally, my opinion of the picture is incredibly biased, as I’m the proud owner of the entire “Demonic Toys” series, including that insipid “Dollman vs. Demonic Toys” endeavor released in 1993. If that’s not devotion, then you need to invest in a dictionary, my friend. Pronto. Butler, who many genre fiends may remember from “Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood” and Tom Savini’s questionable remake of “Night of the Living Dead”, seems to have done his homework, as “Demonic Toys: Personal Demons” looks and feels like...

Frat House Massacre Rane Jameson is a young up and coming actor born on November 7th which makes him a Scorpio. Scorpio's are always the quiet, mysterious ones that have a slick facade in which their hiding some ulterior motive or got something going on inside their head. So it's no wonder that he has a quiet, brooding intensity about him on screen. Even when his character is quiet and doesn't have much to say, you can see there is something going on inside his head and you just want to pick apart his brain to figure out what secrets he is hiding. It's no wonder that Rane Jameson was able to hold his own against Jon Fleming in Frat House Massacre. With Frat House Massacre, Jon Fleming had the flashy role, the stand out role. What was surprising, was to see someone so new like Rane Jameson be able...

Full Moon Entertainment is the company behind such horror films as Puppet Master, Demonic Toys, Arcade, Shrunken Heads, Shadowzone, Evil Bong, Voodoo Academy, etc. This past year with the release of Puppet Master: Axis of Evil, Demonic Toys 2, and director John Lechago's Killjoy 3, Full Moon Entertainment has gotten back to what made them a success to begin with. With the recent announcement of Evil Bong 3-D, Full Moon Entertainment seems due for a resurrgence after years of struggling. So what does this all have to do with one Mr. John Lechago? Well you see, like Full Moon Entertainment, Mr. Lechago seems to have his career back on track like the company that he has worked for. Killjoy 3 cemented that Full Moon Entertainment is moving in the right direction and so it appears that Mr. Lechago is heading in the right direction as well. Killjoy 3 was...

What happened to the original Demonic Toys? And does one need to see the original to see Demonic Toys 2? Life is all about risks and in Demonic Toys 2 the characters risk their lives trying to escape a "nine hundred year old Italian castle (IMDb)." The film is heavy in special effects, but the film has been described as "pisspoor" and "a cinematic shit sandwich (Killer Film)." So purchasing Demonic Toys 2 might be a risk to your pocketbook and your own mental health. A trailer is available for those who like the demon possessed dolls. For every one else, have a laugh at the clip that could have been called "When Freaky Looking Dolls Go Wild!"
