Believe it or not, just one person. One person operated the camera, ran sound, co-directed, setup lighting when needed, art design and costumes. Oh yeah, and the same person edited the movie and scored it.
There was no script, only ins and outs for each scene. All of the scenes in this movie were improvisations.
