Banned to the middle of the night, the rebellious radio DJ Lara and her sidekick Rafik must do everything they can to keep their jobs. Then suicide caller Suzy gets on air, and she seems to be their ticket back to a daytime show.
Tension between Lara and Rafik is rising, not just about dealing with a suicide caller on their nighttime show, but privately as well. Suzy appears to want to settle a score. Rafik asks the police for help.
Suzy increasingly infiltrates Lara and Rafik's lives. The seemingly vulnerable woman appears to be in tight control, and it turns into a grueling cat and mouse game. Stella from suicide prevention comes to the studio to assist them.
Rafik tries to help Lara although the tension is unbearable. Suzy confronts the ever so confident Lara with her own shortcomings. Pride comes before a fall and Lara falls deep, until she makes the choice to fight for what she loves.
