Director Cameron Crowe told EW that the hardest piece of footage to track down was Eddie Vedder slow dancing with Kurt Cobain at the 1992 MTV Video Music Awards. Eric Erlandson from Hole had the footage but refused to show anyone. Crowe - with Courtney Love's blessing -finally talked Eric into sharing it.
