You can dance if you wanna ...
No pun intended - you may know the song or you may not. But this is about relationships and love ... to each other and of music of course. Not just the end credits (filled with people dancing) will tell you that ... the whole movie is about that. Depending on your stance (and dance?) on the whole matter, you will like this more or less obviously.
We are all fragile in a sense - and we all need to be loved. Some can hide that better than others of course. The main character here is well played and portrayed - he still may annoy some. But that is always a "danger" - his relationships are well drawn too. You can feel his anguish at times ... decent I'd say ... did not knock me off my boots ... but was not really bad either ... nice music too.

Unexpected cliché
Despite some good acting, this movie is one of the most stereotypical movies I've ever seen. I called out absolutely everything, it's not funny and it was really corny and unspecial.

nice
Unfair to expect too much from Fragile. Except good fun, serious fist of cliches and some romance, good acting and ordinary life of young people, sentimental dilemmas and troubles , actors versus ordinary people and pretty nice eulogy of friendship. And, not last, interesting dance lessons.
A summer movie and the decent work of Yasin Houicha to explore, in charming manner, the details defining his character.
Smiles, confusion, help from friends and, after illusion, the revelation of true love.
Enough for like this not special, less memorable movie but honest and direct, mixing states and attitudes and proposing realistic portraits of people near us.

Fun and Funny
Saw the Australian premiere of Fragile (titled Hard Shell, Soft Shell over here) yesterday and it was a blast. Quick moving, very LOL funny at times and with beautiful backdrops of the Montpellier area in southern France.
Acting, editing and script all strong and a delight to watch. Strongly recommended for it's entertainment value alone.
